How it works

Brand Voice is an organization-wide setting that injects your guidelines into every AI request. When active, the system prompt includes your tone preference, vocabulary rules, and custom instructions alongside the user's prompt.

Setting up Brand Voice

1. Go to Admin > Brand Voice. 2. Select a tone (professional, friendly, formal, casual, etc.). 3. Add preferred terms your brand uses. 4. Add avoided terms that are off-brand. 5. Write any custom instructions (e.g., "Always end emails with 'Best regards'"). 6. Toggle Brand Voice to Active. 7. Save.

Vocabulary management

Add preferred terms (words the AI should use) and avoided terms (words it should never use). For example: - Preferred: "customers" instead of "users" - Avoided: "cheap" (use "affordable" instead) The AI weaves these preferences into its responses naturally.
